## Company profiles from a domain or corporate email
Retrieve a ready company profile for CRM enrichment, account research and company matching. The API reads saved company data and returns a synchronous result; no polling is required.
### Request
Send a JSON object with exactly one field: `domain` or `email`.

For a corporate email, the API uses its domain to find the company. It does not look up the person or verify whether the mailbox exists. Use a bare domain, without a URL scheme, path or port. Sending both fields, neither field or additional fields returns HTTP 422.
### Company data
A found profile returns HTTP 200 with `success: true`, `result_type: ENRICHED` and the profile in `data`. Available fields cover:
- Company and legal names, domain, website, logo, description, founding year and language.
- Industry, sub-industry, sector, tags and company identifiers.
- Employee count, staff range, revenue range and annual revenue in USD.
- Headquarters, addresses and social links.
- Company email addresses and phone numbers, with labels when available.
- Technologies, funding rounds, IPO status, stock symbol and competitors.
Field coverage varies by company. Missing scalar values are `null`; missing collections are empty. Contact details are saved company data and do not carry a verification guarantee.
### When no ready profile is available
The API returns HTTP 400 with `success: false`, `result_type: NOT_FOUND` and `data: null`. This is free and means that a ready profile is unavailable in the database. It does not mean the company does not exist. The request does not start automatic enrichment or return a pending job.
Free email and disposable domains return HTTP 400 with `result_type: FREE_EMAIL_PROVIDER` or `DISPOSABLE`. These responses are billable. Invalid domain and email values return billable HTTP 422 responses with `error.reason: invalid_domain` or `invalid_email`.
### Pricing and limits
The PAYG rate is $0.02 per billable request ($20 per 1,000 billable requests). A found profile (`ENRICHED`), a free or disposable email domain, or an invalid domain or email value is billable. Repeated billable requests are charged again.
`NOT_FOUND` is free. Requests rejected for authentication, rate limits, malformed JSON, missing or conflicting input fields, or additional fields are free. Server and provider errors are also free. An empty, null or non-string value in the single supplied `domain` or `email` field is an invalid domain or email value and is billable.
The limit is 30 requests per minute per buyer across domain and email lookups, including repeats and no-match results. Shared service limits also apply. HTTP 429 responses include retry information. Authentication and validation failures use 401 and 422; service failures use 5xx.
Profiles come from saved data. This endpoint does not refresh a company on demand or guarantee that every field reflects its latest state.
