What is the WhatsApp API?

The WhatsApp Profile Data API lets you programmatically fetch a user’s profile picture URL, account details and “About” status as structured JSON via simple HTTP calls using their phone number as a parameter.

WhatsApp API is available on the JoJ API marketplace. Subscribe with a single JoJ API key, call it through one gateway, and pay from one wallet — no separate account or contract with the provider.
